Merit-Based Criteria (70 points): Eligible U.S. students who are full-time and matriculated in a baccalaureate degree program in nuclear or nuclear-related areas, and who are in their junior or senior year, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The selection process will consider students' academic performance, including their past undergraduate courses and grades, as well as their leadership skills and research or work experience.
Proposal-Based Criteria (30 points): As part of the application process, students must submit an essay detailing their interest in pursuing a career in nuclear-related fields. This essay will form a significant part of the overall evaluation.
